It features traditional Japanese cuisine served in the dining area, suites with in-room hot springs and a garden. spacious 2 bedroom accommodation with private onsen, great Japanese breakfast, pleasant and attentive staff, great location, very comfortable to walk to the station and very close to the lake side.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. Had to check in early which wasn't a problem. The two staff were great - they speak English quite well, and were very patient with our very poor Japanese. Dinner + Breakfast is really good (but you do need to let them know you would like to have dinner when you are making your booking).

Amazing facilities - big spacious room, very clean. The onsen is great with natural spring water, very clean and tidy, if a bit small but it’s no issue.

Communication prior to arrival was very helpful. We traveled by public transport, so a pick-up from the nearest bus stop was arranged. The dinner and breakfast were delicious.
