This hotel is located outside the city, but the location is perfect for visiting the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada. It has a private parking lot. There is a buss that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes. The staff is very welcoming and speaks English fluently (which is a bonus in Spain). They are happy to inform you on visiting the Alhambra, the city of Granada and nice walks in the Sierra Nevada. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. We got a room with a lovely view of the mountains. There is a small swimming pool (was not in use yet, as it was the beginning of April) and it has a terrace with with resting beds, surrounded by trees and shrubs, that create a welcoming shadow. The breakfast is a buffet offering toasted bread, croissants, local cakes, cold cuts of ham and different cheeses, boiled eggs, yoghurt and cereals. There's is a expresso machine making all kinds of great tasting coffees. We also stayed for dinner, which is easy after an exhausting visit of the Alhambra and the city of Granada or a long walk in the Sierra Nevada. The food was quite OK and meets the average taste of a tourist, but we would have loved even more local Spanish dishes - but that's a personal preference of course. Overall, this is a very nice hotel that offers a perfect service and a great quality/price ratio.

Located within 11 km of Granada Science Park and 12 km of San Juan de Dios Museum, El refugio provides rooms in Pinos Genil. With free WiFi, this 2-star hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The room was spacious and very neat, right in front of probably the best spot of the village, which is its river. The checkin and checkout were super easy as well. The village is only a 15 minute drive from Granada.

Amazing place, very spacious room, beautiful property, with a lot of fruit trees. Great breakfast, super kind service. Very easy to get to Alhambra and the city center with the advantage of being away from the buzz in a very relaxing setting. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Situated in the heart of the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, this boutique hotel offers rooms with a private terrace and amazing views. La Almunia del Valle features an outdoor swimming pool. Hands down one of the loveliest hotels I ever stayed at. The location in the mountains but close to Granada is perfect to enjoy nature and culture. The hotel is beautiful, the food delicious and the staff is just amazing. You can tell that everything is prepared with much love and care. It’s a place where you feel at home instantly and never want to leave.

This charming bed and breakfast getaway is set in a 6,000 m² estate just outside the Sierra Nevada National Park, 15 minutes' drive from Granada. It has an outdoor pool and a terrace with great views.... Very nice place to stay, quiet, with a nice panoramic view! I recommend to stay hire a longer.

This establishment is located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, at 1250 metres altitude and with spectacular views of the monumental Granada. Staff is amazing, location was perfect. We were greeted by the owners dogs, Luna and Logan, two beautiful Goldens at checkin. fresh herbs come from the garden that also is home to some long-eared bunnies. Breakfast is substantial, and we ate in their restaurant four nights in a row as it was exceptional. We had a lovely balcony room that was very roomy. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

Maribel is Sierra Nevada’s alpine style chalet, with a mix of high-altitude fun both on and off the piste for families, friends, and winter sports enthusiasts. The hotel is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

Labella María is located in Pinos Genil, 15 minutes’ drive from central Granada and 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. It offers a 24-hour reception and rooms with free Wi-Fi. Nice and clean simple but high value for money hotell with friendly staff

Hotel El Guerra is located in the mountains in the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 15 km from Granada. It offers free Wi-Fi, a sauna and rooms with a private balcony. The location was really good and friendly staff also the dog Alma. Big free parking space, the Mountain View is beautiful from the hotel.
