Positive section of review
Very secure building and the set up of the property was well laid out. Everything was really clean and the host was wonderful. She met with us to give us the keys. They even had little baskets with water and snacks by the bed. Very close to the airport, probably walkable but we opted to take an uber and it only took about 5 minutes.

The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were lacking. Other than that, everything was great.

Very very nice hotel. In the heart of Lisbon close to every thing. The boss is perfect. The cleaning women are perfect. Il will suggest it to my friends. Also, the people managing the Shop in the entrance are extremly nice.

Well located centrally, beautiful view ,comfortable bed and great host. Stay here if you can. Close to castle and excellent restaurants.

Could do with more cooling options eg aircon downstairs. Main bedroom has aircon , but downstairs can be warm.

Had great difficulty getting into room, had great difficulty contacting manager and no reception. There was no glassss, cups, no electric jug and no towel rails. Traffic noise very loud.

A particular odour was observed during my stay in the corridors however the rooms were free of the foul smell. Breakfast was monotonous Breakfast room staff were lethargic and had to be told numerous times to clear the table
