Positive section of review
It was a very pleasant stay in a very central place. Clean, cozy, comfortable, easy to check in and out. Possibility to cook. You can reach all sightseeing spots by feet. The train station is close and there are supermarkets, markets, cafes and restaurants close by, so you won't stay hungry even at midnight. Hosts were always easily reachable and helpful. We enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for exploring the town in comfortable, not rush way

The location is perfect! Very central! We only had a short stay so it’s excellent to walk about in the old port area. The apartment was spotless! The tiles floor was so clean that I really enjoyed on my bare feet. Lovely little balcony with the view of the port was a plus. Easy self check in. Highly recommend this apartment.

Very warm welcome by friendly and helpful couple, great location, spotlessly clean, room just about big enough, very comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, excellent breakfast selection, coffee was served personally (ie. Not a self-service machine) very good scrambled eggs (best I have tasted in a long time) quiet at night.

Didn’t particularly like the room fragrance so put it on top of the wardrobe to minimise aroma.

The property is in very good location and could fit the 5 of us even if small. Parking place is also available and the host provided clear instruction on how to access together with a badge for accessing the parking place. keyboard based entrance was ok.

During the night, younger people were coming in nearby bar till late and was difficult to get sleep. The windows are old style and hard to close. The host needs to let them check to make sure they close properly and without pushing hard and risking to breaks something. That would avoid some noise from outside.

Advantages: Good location and free transport to Disneyland – for that, a special thanks. Excellent reception on the first floor – which cannot be said about the rooms.

Disadvantages: The room is in terrible condition and has long been in need of renovation. Even in the bathroom, the enamel on the tub was chipped – this is definitely not 4-star quality. The windows in the room were dirty and covered in cobwebs, giving the impression that they are never cleaned. The pool – it turns out that children can only visit during limited daytime hours, which is inconvenient if you spend most of your time outside the hotel. At 7:00 PM, when I wanted to swim with my 11-year-old child, we were not allowed in. When I asked if the child could just sit and wait for me by the pool, I was refused – apparently, there is a strict schedule for children. This makes for questionable service and comfort for families with children. Over three days, we never managed to get into the pool.

We felt that the hotel relies on its central location in a popular tourist town to attract guests, rather than excellent facilities or warmth of welcome from staff. We appreciated free parking and a large, clean and comfortable room but the shower head in the bathroom was broken. The restaurant ambience lacked atmosphere and considering the usual quality of French produce and cooking, the food was disappointing at dinner and average at breakfast.
